Missouri politicians are trying to pull a fast one on voters during a pandemic! We can stop them by making calls to MO voters.
In the last election, Missourians voted to clean up Missouri politics by cracking down on special interests. But Jefferson City politicians immediately got to work on a plan to reject the will of the people. That plan is Amendment 3. Amendment 3 isn't what it seems. It reduces lobbyist gifts by just $5 dollars, only lowers campaign contributions for senate candidates by $100, and would cost local communities. Politicians wrote this to distract voters from the real goal: protecting incumbent politicians, with lobbyists and insiders determining new districts.
We’re calling voters in Missouri to educate them about the Dirty Missouri Amendment, "Vote NO on 3," campaign and to encourage them to vote NO on Amendment 3. Here’s what you need to know:
When: Anytime between 6pm ET / 3pm PT and 9pm ET / 6pm PT, Tuesday October 13th.
Where: Right from your computer!
Why: To fight gerrymandering in Missouri.
