In 2018, Missourians voted to clean up Missouri politics by cracking down on special interests. But Jefferson City politicians immediately got to work on a plan to reject the will of the people. That plan is Amendment 3. Amendment 3 isn't what it seems. It reduces lobbyist gifts by just $5 dollars, only lowers campaign contributions for senate candidates by $100, and would cost local communities. Politicians wrote this to distract voters from the real goal: protecting incumbent politicians, with lobbyists and insiders determining new districts. Ready to get started?
