Politicians in South Dakota have proposed S.B. 54 as a "replacement" for the Anti-Corruption Act that voters passed last year. The bill is a disaster masquerading as reform. If passed, it would actually increase special interest contribution limits.
Politicians have gone so far as to disallow public testimony about the bill, effectively silencing the public. We can change that.
