A new bill (S.3529) could keep voters safe during the coronavirus pandemic - but only if Congress passes it. Join the national phonebank to call voters across the country and connect them to their members of Congress  to demand the passage of S.3529.

Coronavirus is upending American life, and could jeopardize the 2020 primary and general elections - but Congress has a chance to save our elections and save American lives.

Sen. Ron Wyden introduced S.3529 on March 11, and if passed, it would require all states to allow voters to request absentee ballots when a public health emergency would make voting in person unsafe. Oregon, Washington, California, and Colorado already use vote at home systems that are safe, secure, and increase voter participation. Now, Congress must pass S.3529 to ensure the rest of the nation follows suit.

Join the national phonebank to connect voters to their members of Congress to urge them to pass S.3529. Here's are the details for the phonebank:

When: Any time between 9am and 9pm ET.

Where: Right from your computer!

Why:  Pressure Congress to pass S.3529, which would keep voters safe during the coronavirus pandemic by mandating that states must provide vote at home options for elections.
