Private prison companies are exploiting our corrupt political system to lock people up...for profit.

The top two private prisons – GEO and CoreCivic – have spent more than $25 million on lobbying since 1989. Meanwhile, the U.S. has the highest private prison population in the world. From 2000 to 2016, the private prison population increased by 46%.

Politicians need to stop taking money from private prisons - but they aren't going to do it unless they feel pressure from the voters.

We're calling voters who live in the districts of the top congressional recipients of private prison money, transferring them to the voicemails of those legislators, and leaving messages demanding that they stop accepting contributions from private prisons.

Never made calls before? Don't worry! we'll train you on the script and the dialer program, as well as connect you with other callers to keep motivated and having fun. The phonebank will be open starting at 5pm ET / 2pm PT, but you have complete flexibility for when you want to jump on.
